Came in a clear cello bag with an insert and two packages of Flower tasting Psychedelic Pez®. It was not geting many buyers so they stopped producing it, and put the remaining that were left in the now called "Favorites". Also in the set was The Psychedelic Flower.

offered on the new order form.
Pez® Candy Inc., or Pez® International produced remade "Neon Eyes". They came in pink and yellow.
